I have just returned from a really good stay in this family-friendly hotel, practical rooms. I have to mention the delicious and lovely breakfast with good wines and salmon and fresh cut fruit. The venue stuff are helpful. As for me, the location is very scenic, next to the forest.

The breakfasts here are outstanding, including salmon and good wines, set in a central location in the Eifel mountains.

The very friendly staff was always helpfully and kind. The room was comfortable, the breakfast so various and complete, and the hotel is pretty situated in this very green area on top of a hill with a great view. I love to come back!

WIFI internet isn't free, and also not accessible in the whole hotel. This would be a great plus, if the hotel will arrange this. I've once - in the week I stayed there - used the internet for 1 hour, and the staff was helpfull in helping me out getting my laptop "wired".

Great overall experience. Relaxing and great accommodation with magnificent setting close to a park near forest and good restaurants and shops. Very good breakfast served with appetising food. Perfect service, outstandingly accommodating staff during stay.

Spa area is a bit limited. A whirlpool is missing, for example. Wifi is expensive and in my opinion should be free in any hotel nowadays - come on, we are 2012 now :-) Access to the spa area normally costs extra too (8€ /day pp), although they didn't charge us for the one day we went (maybe because we had booked a massage as well), the first day I decided not to go to the sauna for this reason as I only had an hour.

The setting here is breathtaking, with beautiful views of a valley and forest nearby.
